If a situation arises and you find you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we request that you call the salon AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to let us know. Notifying us early allows us to accept walk-in clients or people who need to schedule an appointment on short notice. If no one is available, please leave a message on the answering machine.
After repeated no-show activity, you will be notified that we will require a credit card deposit to schedule further appointments.
Appointments preferred, however, walk-ins can be accommodated if time permits.
